Additional exhibit displays feature highlights and artifacts of rodeo clowns, announcers, queens, entertainment acts, cowboys, and stock contractors. Organizations such as 4-H, Little Britches, High School and College Rodeo are also featured exhibits along with the Great Plains Indian Association and the South Dakota Rodeo Association.

The centerpiece of the permanent exhibit in the rodeo center is the Hall of Champions. This gallery space honors all of South Dakota professional rodeo competitors who have been recognized as world champions beginning in 1929. Visitors will enjoy the suspended video screen that continually displays National Finals Rodeo championship rides by these same legendary South Dakota winners.

In addition to the incredible museum filled with artifacts and rodeo memorabilia of those famous and not so famous riders, the center is home to the Mattie Goff Newcombe Conference Center, a state of the art meeting facility ideal for special events, meetings, and receptions all benefiting from "western and rodeo heritage theme and decor" of the museum. A well-equipped catering kitchen, digital projection system, stereo sound system, wireless internet, as well as a spectacular view of the Missouri River making it the premier event location  in the Ft.Pierre- Pierre area.
